What is the JNP?
The JNP is a very, very difficult thing to explain. Because at the heart of the JNP is the JNP|Famile. A group of artists, filmmakers, musicians, poets, techies, roadies and geeks that encourage and uplift each for a greater purpose. The JNP thrives by networking and building new relationships through the many aspects that are the JNP.
What exactly does the JNP do?
The JNP is a ever blooming tree/machine/organism,
so it’s not easy to sum things up... yet we will try...
The JNP produces the oddity known as the JNP|Show that overwhelms the senses with a buffet of art, music, poetry and film all slammed into one night. Add to that earth-shaking sound and the light show of Boy Dean the Wise, and you’ve got it.
We then shift gears to make the ever bizarre and improvisational
JNP |Movie every once in a while. Normally, instead of a script, we simply rely on the creativity and imaginations of whomever shows up.
And changing hats once again, the JNP goes into the studio and records JNP|Music for musicians that we have formed a relationship with through JNP|Shows.
JNP|Forums, the JNP is collaborating with artists to print JNP|Arte,
JNP|Posters, JNP|Words, JNP|Comics, JNP|DVDs and JNP|T-Shirts to sell at the JNP|Shoppe Online and at JNP|Shows
So there you have it...
What does JNP stand for?
The JNP is short for “John Nebthos Project”
A John Nebthos Project or JNP is defined as
1.) a project or goal of noble purpose
2.) typically involving a group of a lower social ring
3.) always ending in some form of superficial failure
4.) ultimately effecting 1 to people
